We recently heard Assoc Justice Sotomayor speak and she said, “an interesting person is always a successful person, be an interesting person.” Your poem/photo reminds me of this truth.
I think everyone is “interesting” but that we bury those parts of ourselves to fit in. I think being successful is living the way you want to despite outside judgement. =)
